Sebastian Kielmanovich in Raleigh, North Carolina

Sebastian Kielmanovich

Sebastian leads the team at Triangle Immigration & Criminal Defense. He graduated from Duke University School of Law and the University of Buenos Aires School of Law. He is a native Spanish speaker. He has over two decades of state and federal experience. 


He teaches Crimmigration at Campbell Law and legal Spanish at Duke Law. He is also the Director of the Veterans Legal Clinic at Campbell Law and a Captain with the US Army Reserve where he was a defense attorney and currently prosecutes military law violations.  Previously, he was an Assistant United States Attorney, Assistant Attorney General, Assistant District Attorney, Legal Aid Staff Attorney, and Corporate Counsel. 


 Having immigrated himself to the United States, and prosecuted immigration violations, he understands what is at stake when an immigrant faces criminal charges and deportation proceedings. 


Sebastian is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, New York, and Washington DC. 

Gabriel J. Diaz

 Gabriel J. Diaz serves as an of counsel attorney practicing immigration law and criminal defense. He earned his Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business degree from Florida International University.  He is fluent in Spanish. He has over a decade of experience handling complex criminal and immigration matters. 


Gabriel is an adjunct professor at Campbell Law and teaches immigration enforcement and defense. Prior to private practice, Gabriel served as both a federal prosecutor and a state prosecutor, giving him extensive insight into how criminal and immigration cases are investigated and litigated. He also served seven years in the United States Marine Corps. 


As the son of immigrants and the spouse of an immigrant, Gabriel has a personal understanding of the unique challenges immigrant families face. This background, combined with his professional experience, allows him to approach each case with insight into both the legal complexities and the real-world consequences immigration decisions have on individuals and their families.


Gabriel is licensed to practice law in North Carolina.

Our offices are located in downtown Raleigh at 150 Fayetteville Street, Suite 300, Raleigh, NC 27601. We meet by appointment only. You can park for free up to two (2) hours in the Wilmington Street Station Deck at 117 S. Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC 27601.
